Sifu Jacob Stiver
Jacob StiverJacob has been training martial arts since the age of 6. He turned his focus to Chinese martial arts in 2001 and in 2003 he began studying Wing Chun. In late 2004 he began training Hung Gar and Wing Chun together under Sifu Robert Lopez and was given permission to teach those styles in 2016.

In addition to Hung Gar and Wing Chun, Jacob has trained in Choy Lee Fut, Wah Lum Mantis, Seven Star Mantis, Bak Mei, Chen Taiji, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, American Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Okinawan Karate, Matsuno Ryu Jiu Jitsu, and Kajukenbo as well as a brief foray into modern wushu, where he was a champion nanquan competitor at the collegiate level at the UC Stanford and UC Berkeley tournaments. Jacob continues his studies in Hung Gar, Wing Chun, Choy Lee Fut, and Bak Mei after nearly twenty years of training, while now teaching at his own school six days a week.
